Awards and Juried Exhibitions:

	"Imagined Light" was juried into the 2013 Oil Painters of America National Juried Exhibiton.
	"Nelson's Yard" has been juried into the 2013 Oil Painters of America Salon Show. Jack is one of only six Ohio painters accepted.
	"Hocking River 2" won Honorable Mention in the 2012 Ohio Plein Air Society Annual Competition last September
	"Flag and Rain Barrel" was juried into the Butler Museum of Art 2012 Regional Show
	May through June 2012 was one of only three painters that had two paintings judged into the "Land and Light" exhibit at the Bryan Memorial Gallery in Jeffersonvill Vt which was comprised of 70 paintings of the New England landscapes and seascapes --- see attached two paintings- Stowe Scene and First Light.
	In 2011 Jack had three paintings curated (by the Ohio Arts Consul) into the Columbus Ohio Capital's Reiff Gallery landscape plein air exhibit.

Jack in the News:

Jack was granted Emeritus status with the Akron Society of Artists in the spring of 2013, an award given to only a handful of career artists. Congratulations, Jack!

Jack recently helped write a great article about Frank Mason's Prismatic Pallete in Outdoor Painter, the blog of Plein Air Magazine. Congrats, Jack!

In November, Jack returned to Northeast Ohio after a month of painting in Vermont, adding 29 new paintings to his galleries: Stow, Waterbury and other places in Vermont.
